What’s Included
Your order includes a custom banner design using the details you provide, basic image placement, text layout, and one reasonable revision before printing.
Custom design work is created specifically for your order.

Photo Upload Requirements
Please upload the highest-resolution image available.
Clear, original photos usually produce the best print results.
Screenshots, heavily compressed images, blurry photos, or images downloaded from social media may not print clearly.
If an image needs extensive retouching, background removal, reconstruction, or resolution improvement before it can be used, an additional editing fee may apply.
I will contact you before completing any paid editing work.
Design Approval
A digital proof will be provided before printing.
Please review all spelling, names, dates, colors, and layout carefully.
One reasonable revision is included.
Additional revisions or major design changes may require an additional fee.
Once the final design has been approved, printing will begin.
Because custom banners are personalized, changes cannot be made after printing has started.

Custom sizes may be available as long as the printable width does not exceed 24 inches.

Turnaround Time
Turnaround time begins after all information, images, and design details have been received.
Custom orders may take additional time depending on design complexity, order volume, and requested revisions.
Rush service may be available for an additional fee.
Custom Order Policy
Because banners and signs are personalized specifically for you, custom orders are final sale once production begins.
If there is an error made by Earthern Magic Essence, I will work with you to correct it.
Errors in customer-approved wording, spelling, dates, or information are not eligible for a free replacement.
