Shipping policy

I ship all my packages out through USPS, UPS or FED-EX (the least expensive way).Once the package leaves my hands I am no longer in control of where it is sent. Please make sure the address you provide is the right one. I will provide tracking information through Shopify. This way you will know when to expect your goodies. Products that are ready to ship will ship within 3 days.  Custom Items like tumblers, wreaths, etc. will be shipped within 3 weeks.  Custom soap orders will ship within 4 weeks to ensure that they are cured properly.  Please contact us before ordering a custom item to ensure that it will be completed within the time-frame specified.  (There are occassions; holiday season, where orders may take longer).  To ensure that you receive your item in time, please account for the time it will take to make and be completed.
