Melodies from the Heart - Personalized custom Song

Your story. Your memories. Your song.
Turn a meaningful life story, relationship, memory, celebration, or tribute into a one-of-a-kind personalized song created just for you.
Melodies from the Heart by Earthern Magic Essence is designed for the moments that deserve more than an ordinary gift. You share the story, memories, names, emotions, and important details. I use that information to shape the message, lyrics, mood, and direction of your song so it feels personal, heartfelt, and connected to the person or moment you are honoring.
Personalized songs are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, memorials, family memories, encouragement, retirement, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, special milestones, love stories, and meaningful “just because” gifts.

How It Works
After your order is placed, you will complete a Story Questionnaire where you can share the details that matter most. (DOWNLOAD FILE FOR QUESTIONNAIRE)
You may include names, special memories, important dates, personality traits, meaningful phrases, the occasion, the relationship, and the overall feeling you want the song to have.
Once your completed information is received, your song is created and a private watermarked proof is sent for review.
You may either approve the song or request one reasonable revision.
After approval, your final clean audio file and digital lyric copy are delivered. Physical keepsakes are produced only after final approval.
Turnaround Time
Your first proof is typically delivered within 7–10 business days after all required information has been received.
Physical keepsake production and shipping time are additional.
Important Custom Order Information
Because each song is created specifically for you, custom production begins after your questionnaire is submitted and reviewed.
A full refund is available before custom production begins.
Once custom production has started, the order becomes nonrefundable.
One reasonable revision is included.
Major changes such as changing the recipient, story, occasion, or overall direction after creation has begun may require an additional fee.
Personalized physical keepsakes cannot be returned after production unless they arrive damaged or there was an error on our part.
Usage
Melodies from the Heart songs are created for personal use, gifting, and personal social sharing.
Commercial release, resale, redistribution, or other commercial use requires separate written permission.
Creative Process
Each song is personally developed from the story and details you provide. AI-assisted creative tools may be used during parts of the music production process, including vocals, instrumentation, or arrangement. The story development, message, lyrical direction, emotional tone, and final creative decisions are personally guided by Earthern Magic Essence.

The easiest customer process would be:

1. Purchase Melodies from the Heart.
2. Download the “Tell Me Your Story” PDF.
3. Open it in a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Chrome, Edge, or another app that supports fillable PDFs.
4. Type their answers directly into the fields.
5. Check the confirmation boxes.
6. Save the completed PDF.
7. Email it to info@earthernmagicessence.com with their order number in the subject line.
8. Attach their high-resolution photo separately if they purchased Forever Framed.

I would add a short note to the digital download description:

“THIS IS A FILLABLE PDF. You do not need to print this questionnaire. Type your answers directly into the form, save your completed copy, and email it to info@earthernmagicessence.com with your order number.”
